Poulzo – Poultry Management ("Poulzo", "we") is a business app provided by MUSKU SOLUTIONS for poultry trading businesses. This policy explains what data the app handles and how you can ask us to delete it.
Who can use the app
Poulzo is a private business tool. There is no public sign-up. Only people invited by a business Owner (or by MUSKU SOLUTIONS) receive a username and password.
Data we collect
- Account data: your name, username, optional mobile number, role (Owner or Accountant) and a securely hashed password. We never store your password in readable form.
- Business data entered by your business: customers and shops, orders, vehicles, drivers, dispatch, deliveries, invoices, payments and ledger entries.
- Technical data: login time and basic server logs needed to keep the service secure.
The app does not collect your location, contacts, photos, or advertising identifiers, and does not show ads.
How we use data
- To let you log in and to show your business information to the people your business has authorised.
- To produce invoices, reports and documents that you choose to share.
- To keep the service secure, for example locking an account after repeated wrong passwords.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Each business can see only its own data. Documents are shared only when you choose to share them (for example through your phone's share menu). We use hosting providers to run the service; they process data only on our instructions.
Security
Data is sent over encrypted HTTPS connections. Login tokens are stored in your phone's secure storage. Passwords are hashed. Access is limited by role.
Retention and deletion
Account data is kept while your account is active. You can ask to delete your account at any time from the app (More → Delete my account) or on our account deletion page. We delete your login and personal details (name, mobile) within 30 days. Business records such as invoices and payments belong to the business you work for and may be kept by that business for legal and accounting reasons; a business Owner can ask us to delete the whole business account.
Children
Poulzo is a business app and is not intended for children.
