You can ask us to delete your Poulzo account in two ways:
- In the app: log in, open More → Delete my account and confirm.
- On this page: fill in the form below. We will contact you to confirm it is your account.
What is deleted
Your login, name and mobile number are deleted within 30 days and you can no longer log in. Business records you created (orders, invoices, payments) belong to your business and may be kept by that business for legal and accounting reasons. If you are the Owner and want the whole business account deleted, say so in the reason box.
